It is recommend that your flight arrives at Taipei airport before 4:30pm on Tuesday November 22nd so you are able to join us for the welcome dinner starting from 7pm in the hotel.
The hotel may accommodate early check-in, but if not the concierge facility is also available so your luggage can be stored before a room is available to you. Let us know your flight details in advance so we can arrange the airport pickup for you on Tuesday 22nd.
Throughout the first day, guests will be asked to register their arrival at the hotel reception and there will be someone from WaveSoft to assist you with the process.
Wednesday is the whole day conference meeting starting from 8:30am to 5pm. We will provide more details on the conference room and full agenda upon your arrival.
Please also remember to collect your welcome package before the conference starts.
Thursday will be the whole day sightseeing tour to the spectacular Northeast Coast of Taiwan. We expect to return to the hotel before 6pm so it may be possible for you to catch a late night flight. Please let us know if you plan to leave on 26th so we can make necessary arrangements for you.
We do however recommend you to stay for a relaxing night in Taipei as the hotel room on 26th is covered for you. If you don’t feel tired we may organize a night market excursion so you can try authentic local snacks and buy some souvenirs before you leave.
Let us know on the registration form, or with an email, about your flight leaving Taipei on November 27th so we can plan the transportation for you. The checkout time for the hotel is 12pm noon.
Also let us know if you wish to stay longer in Taipei so we can assist you to extend the hotel stay or arrange a different hotel. It is advised to plan early as room availability is limited and the prices may go up. Please note all expenses are your own responsibility after Friday noon 27th.

WaveSoft is covering all hotel accommodation, transportation, catering and tour expenses for the entire 3 day conference period in Taipei for the conference delegates, with a maximum of two double rooms, and up to three attendees per reseller.
